  • All Salon and Spa services are guaranteed to meet your expectations. If at any time you are not completely satisfied we must be notified within seven (7) days of original service date. We will then correct this service at no charge as quickly as possible.
  • Professional hair care products at Visionz are guaranteed and can be returned for an exchange or refund within fourteen (14) days of original purchase date.
  • Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
  • Visionz is a non-smoking facility.
  • Pets are not allowed on the premises.
  • Many of our guests ask about gratuities...gratuities are not included in any of our services, the standard ranges from fifteen (15) to twenty (20) percent when guests are thoroughly satisfied with their experience.
  • The private personal information you provide to us is just that- private. Your information is not sold, shared, or disclosed with third party companies.
  • Visionz reserves the right to request a credit card reservation when booking multiple services totaling more than $100 dollars.
  • We require 24 hours notice of cancellation for all salon and spa services. If there is a history of changing or cancelling appointments without the requested 24 hours, a credit card number will be required for future salon and spa services and will be charged fifty (50) percent of the value of the service.
  • We like children, however, salons are not safe places for babies and children. Please, we ask you not to bring children with you to your appointment unless they are scheduled for a service or accompanied by another adult, or your appointment may have to be rescheduled.
  • We provide a courtesy reminder call for our guests. Please do not rely solely on these calls for there may be unexpected circumstances that prevents us from reaching you.
  • Gift cards are available for purchase and must be present for redemption. Please take the time to note the cards expiration date when applicable. All sales are final.
  • Please understand that our guests are individuals and additional charges may apply to accommodate long hair, thick hair, extra time requirements etc.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time for all spa services to allow time for processing of initial health consent forms. 
  • We recommend for post massage treatment you do not go immediately to exercising heavily. Your body needs some recovery time.
  • We recommend no exfoliation of the skin prior to facial services and waxing services.
  • Feel free to indulge in services of a different stylist/technician each time you visit, as we are a team salon. It can be helpful to be comfortable with several different team members in case of circumstances when someone is unavailable due to vacation, full schedule, etc.
